Pet dog and cat travel is what we specialise in at Fetchapet.

Fetchapet are registered with IPATA (International Pet and Animal Transport Association) and IATA (International Air Transport Association) and are a DEFRA Licensed company.

Rachel and Emma oversee everything Fetchapet, are confident animal handlers and have many years of experience with all breeds, sizes and types of dogs and cats, as we both came to pet shipping after working hands-on in a large quarantine and boarding facility.

Rachel holds a BSc (Hons) in Animal Behaviour and we use this expert education, training and years of knowledge to fully understand the effects of airline travel on the pets we send overseas. It can actually affect the owners the most, as the pet does not usually know what is coming, what an aeroplane is or have any fear of being up in the air.

This experience coupled together with the skills and knowledge of our DEFRA Official Veterinarians makes us a team with all the talent we could need when ensuring your pets welfare is the first consideration. Our vets have assisted with pet travel health checks for more than 20 years, and they are always available to give help and advice to our clients who may have health concerns around sending their pets overseas.
